Fragrance and Co ships orders within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
Fragrance and Co is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items when filing.
